For years we operated like everyone else with a warehouse, sales personnel, delivery personnel, etc.

In 2007 we revolutionized local delivery by migrating to an online ordering system. This resulted in faster delivery with reduced personnel which substantially reduced costs, and we passed the savings on.

In 2008 we entered into contracts with three major factories allowing our customers to order direct from the factory with a factory drop ship resulting in further cost reductions which we again passed on.
